What it is

Barbridge is a customer-loyalty platform for independent hospitality venues. We sit on top of your Square point-of-sale and turn every visit into an opportunity to capture a customer relationship — legally, with explicit consent, and without asking your customers to download an app.

How it works

  1. Set up your venue

    Connect your Square account, configure an offer (like "2-for-1 happy hour"), and download a print-ready QR poster branded for your bar.

  2. Customers scan, sign up, save

    A customer scans the QR with their phone, fills out a short form, and receives a personalized wallet card by SMS. One tap to add to Apple Wallet — no app download.

  3. Redeem at the register

    When the customer returns, they show their wallet card. Your bartender scans the QR on the card with Square Register, and the reward applies automatically.

Built on Square

Barbridge plugs directly into Square's customer and loyalty APIs. Your customer records sync automatically. Promotions are applied through Square's own loyalty engine — no parallel system to reconcile, no double-entry, and no risk of your customer data being trapped in a separate platform you can't easily leave.
